I hope everyone here keeps posting these compliants I am going to need them when I take them to court. I have got the run around from citifinancial for about a year and a 1/2 now. They call my phone 15-20 a day within minutes apart. The person makes a deal with you on the phone but the deal never sticks. Then you call back and you can never speak to a supervisor or the person you previously dealt with.
