I brought my watch to the merchant, Carole's Corner in Northport, Long Island, New York to have the watch sized. The watch was working perfectly when I brought it in. For a reason unknown to anyone, the Merchant took the entire watch apart when there was absolutely no reason to do so. When I picked up the watch from the store, I was told the watch had stopped working. Carole’s Corner changed the battery to try to make the watch work but the watch still didn't operate.
