I noticed a charge for $14.95 on my December Verzion bill for some kind of voice mail service -- from a company called Ideal Savings Now -- that I did not authorize. I called OAN on December 15 to cancel this service I never ordered. I have just received my January Verizon bill and the charge is still there -- with a late fee! I called OAN which again promised a refund; I also called Verizon, which after a long advertisement, simply disconnected the call -- 3 times! Now I see that I have been charged this "voicemailmnthlyfee" of $14.95 since November. Something is very fishy with this operation and Verizon's complicity with it. read full review »
