I wanted to explore the details of my Mother's family. I paid the amount requested for 5yr. membership-29.95. After I received confirmation, I was given a 1yr membership for that exact price instead!! Then I tried to log in and was always told that my username and password were incorrect. I changed my password via instructions-logged in-given same runaround about incorrect information. Never able to obtain access ! RIPOFF TO THE MAX!!!
