We have the manager from hell. She is a registered nurse and came from Independent physician's where she got fired after 8 years. One of the clerks has been working overtime since September and she won't pay him. In the 2.5 years I worked under her she has never given any raises and gave only one half of 1% incentives while other managers give 10%. She is loud, obnoxious, negative, fat, single and full of hate. Many of the nurses at Wellpoint, now Anthem complain about her but the company won't fire her.
