Check out the Better Business Bureau website. They have contact details for TWX, aka Synapse Group, Inc. (Time Warner). It lists real phone numbers, websites and the name of the Customer Service Manager. Their other names are Cap Systems, NSS Magazine, Synapse Connect, Elite Travel Awards, TWX, New Sub Magazine Service, and Magazine Outlet. Unbelievable, but TWX has an A+ rating with the BBB, and is accredited. TWX only had 418 complaints filed in the last 36 months. I finally got through to a customer service agent, who didn't sound very sharp, after waiting for 8.5 minutes and being silent through the automated system and the customer satisfaction survey. I had tried to cancel 4 expensive subscription renewals through the automated system, but made a mistake with the first one, so that I would keep the renewal and cancel future billings.
