I ordered a trial package for $.99 on Dec. 23, Introductory offer for 10 days. I tried to cancel on Dec. 31, but got a recording that office hours were only Monday-Friday. Dec. 31 was a Friday. They were apparently not taking calls on New Year's Eve. Holidays and weekends were apparently counted in the 10 day period! I did not receive the product in time to try it.
