I too failed to receive the e-statement from Chase Visa. I normally pay the charge on the day it is received which is about 3 weeks before due date with an e-check but no later than 2 weeks before due date. I had never incurred a late fee of any kind in my 65 years, and I have had a credit card since the 1960's when they mailed the card to you without asking. When I realized I had not made a payment to Chase I checked the site and there was the $15.00 late fee due to the $43.00 bill I had not paid and due 3 days earlier.
