Derrick at the Griffin GA Walmart went as far as to send us to different mangers (that were reporting to him) to simply waste our time. We tried to return a Christmas gift and because I didn't not have a receipt the cashier at returns -Bridgit - would not return the gift. She told me that I had used my 3 returns without a receipt. When I mentioned could my wife return it she said that actually they don't even accept returns on this item (it was a CAN OPENER) - A lie and a change from the original story.
