It seems that every time I have called Sears to repair one of their products in my home it eventually develops an additional problem which Sears REFUSES to repair without additional payment! A few years ago it was my garage door. I called because the door was irratic in opening and closing. When the Sears repairman showed up he immediately opened the garage door and it fell, damaging the the door. He immediately called the office claiming that he was not responsible because the customer did not tell him that there was a problem with the door... read full review »
