First of all, their salespeople will promise you the moon, they LIE. The whole reason I changed from Comcast to U-verse was that it was supposed to save me a LOT of $$$. NOT! They are so much more expensive than trad cable providers and their customer service is a joke. I have been complaining since 2 months after it was installed.
