I went in to the Pine Bluff Cricket store here in Arkansas. I asked if my home address would be covered with their internet service. They assured it would be. I got the device home and it wouldn't let me use it stating that it could not be activated. I called 1-800-CRICKET and they informed me that I would have to take it back to the store to re-program the device for Windows 7. The next day I took it back to them and they reprogrammed it.
