Hello, Whenever I ask you about requesting cancellation, why do you ignore it or hesitate to reply? Actually, I requested cancellation several, as I remeber. But you had withdrew some charges from my bank account even if I left from USA in Aug. So.. I request cancellation of my membership service again. I'm really mad. I seriously thought about a lawsuit.
