REDBOX machines not being kept in working order. I have reserved online movie pickups and they have not come, nor have they kept my account accurate. If there is a security fault with software it should be addressed. We can't return movies at A machine on H street, and several times the screen has just froze with no message at all. If this problem is not resolved I might go for netflix.
