I'm not going to spend a lot of time detailing my complaint. Fact is, we all have pretty much the same complaints. From the poor quality products sold at top dollar, to botched up deliveries, to not recieving the furniture we were sold(Bait and Switch tactics), to most importantly, the cruddy customer service. I have found, to my horror, that after the shocking dealings with these con-artists, that the main reason for their ability to stay in business is that all of these complaints have been dealt with in a small scale and only locally... read full review »
