Ordered a Futon from these people and it didn't fit so they are making me ship it back. It is going to cost twice as much to ship it as to buy it. Apparently there are a billion different size fulls. They told me I should have read the website better. They also have warehouses all over the usa and are making me ship from NY to Cali. So, I have to pay more money.
