I was a WAMU customer now known as CHASE. Since the change over I've been charged excessive fees for reason I don't understand. But recently it was the last draw, CHASE charge my account over $600 in over draft fees when there was money in my account to cover my bills & purchases. When I called to dispute the fees the representative hung up on me. I even visited a branch to find out what going on & was told there was no reason for mr to be charged those fees but they can't change it. So now I'm at a lost for over... read full review »
