I was with NECC Telecom for long distance and international calls cuz they have a good connection and low rates and I make calls to Africa almost every day. Everything was fain for a couple of years, but one day I received a bill from Primo Telecom and the balance was 3 times higher than the usual balance from NECC. I have called Primo's customer service several times to see what's all about and no chance to reach them. Than I called my LD provider NECC to see what's happening.
