Tourneau told me a watch I gave them would cost $1500 to repair. When I asked them to return the watch they called me back and said they'd do the same repair for $750. I declined again. The watch, an Omega Constellation was old and probably worthless and I was repairing it mostly for sentimental reasons. When I went to the store to pick up the watch a saleswoman told me confidentially that most of the suggested repairs were unnecessary.
