I hired this company on New Years Eve for transportation via a party/shuttle bus for four (4) hours of service. I spoke with the owner and we confirmed (via email) the services to be provided. When the driver arrived, he demanded that we pay him the money up front in full. Since we had limited options on a night that busy, we agreed under pressure and duress to pay in full before getting into the bus.
