Watch out, consumers! If there was ever a company that defined "scam artists, " it's Mercantila. Back in March 2008 I ordered a platform bed from them. It arrived with a cracked headboard & footboard. Took me THREE MONTHS to get my money back & to get the piece of crap bed out of my house (do you know what it's like to have to store a damaged queen-sized bed in an apartment??
