My account was transferred to Bank of America in August after the mortgage company I was with, Taylor, Beand & Whitaker, got into trouble. This occurred ater my mortgage payment was made to and cleared my account by TB&W. Ever since Bank of America has had my home loan I have received phone calls and lstaqtements saying my account is a month behind. All of this is due to the fact they did not receive my August payment which, once again, cleared through TB&W.
