Where do I begin? My husband ordered me flowers for a surprise (he's deployed) for SAME DAY delivery and they didn't come on that day. He had to tell me he ordered them and have me call customer service, because he doesn't get access to phones as often. I called and the lady was very nice and put the order in for the following Monday (I called on Saturday. They were supposed to be there on Tuesday!).
