Blinds to Go supposedly offers a "lifetime warranty" on their products; howver this is not true by any means. We've owned a set of cellular shades which we purchased from them and the cord mechanism broke. We took it in for repair and in the process of reparing the chord, they broke an accent piece. They no longer carry the colour so they offered to replace the accent piece with a purple one (but the blind is a blue colour).
