We bought our English Bulldog puppy in July 2007 from Puppy Elite. We drove from MA to NY after being told they only had one female left. We were given a sales agreement which stated we would receive AKC papers for her. When we purchased her the owner told us he needed to sell the rest of the puppies in the litter inorder for us to receive the AKC papers. The owner said it would take 6 weeks.
