PISS-POOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE"... They refuse to exchange a $600 defective Tamron lens that was purchased as a CHRISTMAS PRESENT... according to them my 21-days were up on 12/30... TOO BAD, my GIFT TO MY WIFE, wasn't opened until 12/25... AND they didn't open back up until 12/28... AND there was a RIDICULOUS 30+ minute "on-hold" wait for the next several days!!
