After a lengthy sales commentary trying to sell me everything from the blender to vacation packages, etc. I had to shout at them to please order the machine only that I was not interested in anything else. THEN THEY DOUBLE BILLED ME! TO ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ORDERS ON CREDIT CARD. I phoned the customer service 8 times and never could get through due to high volume and disconnect.
