We were sold by GMAC to nationstar, and our nightmares began. 6 yr. loan, never late on a payment. They put us in escrow-no notice--no call, and wanted$ 802.00 EXTRA A MONTH. dec. 02, 2009 I faxed all proof of insurance and property taxes paid up to date. New years Eve I get a call they NEVER up dated anything, but they didn't for get to ADD LATE CHARGES AND FEES. When this company was called CENTEX we didn't like them, so we switched to GMAC.
