In these hard economic times, this company has failed to honor the incentive program that it has advertised and sold to many hard working, struggling individuls and families. They advertise that for being a loyal customer of a particular gas company that you will be rewarded for that loyalty by receiving a rebate for that purchase. Not only did the customer have to make a purchase with a certain gas company but they had to pay a registration fee of $9.95 which was stated to be "refundable within 7 days".
