I returned a dress to Norm Thompson which I had had for some years but had not worn more than once because the first time I washed it the dress became very out-of-shape. I looked up their guarantee which said items could be returned anytime with no questions. I sent the dress to Norm Thompson's Returns Dept address and explained the problem in a note.
