I received my supposed free trial. Approx three weeks later I received a second bottle for which I sent back using their (return label) which is a mistake. You need to call them to cancel!!! They billed me $173.86 for two bottles of their product for which it did not work. I called their 877 594-7828 only to get an out of service. I ended up calling their customer service number 866 989-8945 only to get a person questioning me as to where I got this number.
