A shipment was sent to me later than I had expected it, with a delivery date while I would be out of town. I called to request a reroute, at which time I was told it would be no problem and to call back after the first failed delivery attempt to my home. Per the rep's instructions I called back the evening of the first failed attempt and "successfully" requested a reroute to my location away from home; the representative told me the package should arrive within the week.
