My 16 year old daughter purchased a $500.00 Only One Visa Travel Card at a local store right before Christmas 2009 with her Christmas money. She thought she could use it to make online purchases. She set up the card, gave her social security # to Only One Visa and was approved. She then tried to make online purchases and the card was declined.
