I had ordered the product in July 2009. I, unfortunately, did not read the terms and conditions. And after I recieved the product, I become busy and forgot to return the product within the 30-day trial, which turned out to be only 10-day. I apologized for the inconvienience and returned the product in full at my cost. They are still trying to collect the money and threatening to sue me for the cost of the product, plus interest which totals up to almost $400.00. read full review »
