I took my BRAND NEW WHITE Dinner Coat ( Bought the day before ) that is for my wedding in 5 DAYS to them to have the wrinkles taken out and altered. When I went to pick it up it was a DINGY YELLOW COLOR with black marks all over it and not even altered yet. It was in one of those red laundry bags all crumbled up. I told them it was unexceptable and and I ask to speak with the manger. The owner was there although he speaks no english so I was told to contact the store manger . Who ofcourse is no help.
