We recently had 16-20 inches of snow, followed by a couple other days with 1-2 inches of snow. None of those times did anyone come out to salt our sidewalks ahead of time. When we got the big snow, it took DAYS for anyone to come out here to shovel the sidewalks or plow the parking lots. We were snowed in for days. My husband HAD to be at work, it took him 3 hours to get his car out of the parking lot & when we finally got onto the main roads, he said they were fine. This is ridiculous.
