I have been to this location about 3 times and dread going because the receptionist or intake person is so abrasive. This is off of Gilmer Rd. in Longview, TX. I don't know her name, but she has long gray hair. She's really condescending and acts like the customer doensn't know anything. She's also really parental but in a negative way. One time, I asked her a question, and she gave me a look that could have killed me if looks could kill. I also noticed that she had posted complaint letters on the wall so as to embarass the complaintents. So she's spiteful too. read full review »
