Unfortunately, our loan was sold to Everhome Mortgage last April. In October they sent notice that our total payment was raised over $200 to cover insurance premiums. The minute I received notice of the increase, I reduced our insurance premiums and insurance binders were sent to them. No changes have been made in our monthly payment. I have tried to use the website and calling them to request escrow to review our payment and readjust to no avail.
