I submitted my HSA (Healthcare Spending Account) claims on Dec. 21st, 2009 for $2700+ on their website and followed up the same day, with faxes of the claims documents. The faxed claims were received and shown as cleared to be paid. I received what should have been the check today. Except that the check text was printed on plain paper and not in the check area. Are they failing to pay many people expeditiously? Is this a practice they have, to slow payout? They are much slower than the company we previously did business with. It ha... read full review »
