My complaint is exactly the same as all the others. There product is terrible and they overcharged me. I called the number for billing questions and the unfriendly little tramps who answered the phones said they don't answer billing questions. Since I didn't order the product by phone they can't help me and told me to email them. I did email them and never got a response. There should be something done about this type of scam. read full review »
