I am writing here because it has been impossible to get in contact with The Body Shop - L'oreal through their online inquiry and complaint forms. I have tried to contact them in three separate occasions leaving my name and contact information and they never bothered to reply. This is very rude. I am satisfied with the quality of their products and wanted to ask if it was possible to do a franchise of this brand to begin selling in South America.
