I purchased a Mattress from Bernie’s they were offering a $500.00 rebate, to make a long story short Bernie’s claims that they sold be the mattress, but my agreement was with the rebate company. The same rebate company that went out of business, so Bernie’s is offering $175 in place of the $500, and they want to wash their hands of the situation. I think this whole thing was a scam, they can run this all day promise big rebates and then just pawn the responsibility off on someone else.
