Our office started having trouble with Idearc Media around Aug. 2009. The account rep was unprofessional and out of line. He was calling our office alot, but I wouldn't discuss anything with him because I didn't believe him when he said he was with Idearc. I told him he could fax or email me about account info, but I didn't trust him enough to speak about our account. He had been trying to approve an increase in advertising prices.
