Gave $775 deposit for two new flat (leaking) roofs on 11/12/2009 and was told work would start in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, contacted company and was told work would start in a week. Contacted Hynes a 3rd time and was told we were coming up on the list "soon." Meanwhile, leaks got worse. Finally, contacted the estimator and requested our deposit be returned so we could contract with a company who would do the job.
