I renewed and was charged $60.42 from Dri*Trend Micro on 11/16/09 for my antivirus software, I continually kept getting pop-ups to renew my subscription.After checking I believe that it was never downloaded, so I ordered it again because it was going to expire in 1 day ands I neded the protection. So now I will be billed $61.46 on 1/11/10. And today on 1/12/10 I am still receiving pop-ups to renew my anti-virus software. I need to have the first charge credited back to me since it was never received, Thank You. read full review »
