Have had the very same problems with this as everyone else. Noticed three $19.95 charges and two $69.95 charges on my account. After trying t o get through to them last night gave up and this morning contacted my bank and they have to issue me a new card and also talked to their claims dept. and filed a clami against them. This is such a scam and as a result I will NEVER order anything from an info9bb23mercial or online again!!! read full review »
