Everyone with complaints about this or any other company needs to go to the website www.fcc.gov click on the contact us tab. Then file complaint tab. Then internet service and VolP option. Next click on the second choice. Then fill out the online form as best you can. We all have the same complaints so if we al;l do this maybe something will be done.
