STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is THE MOST AWFUL company to deal with. I have made all of my payments on time for the past 2 years and just tried to request a deferral of one payment to the end of the loan. First, I need to mention that I've been trying to reach one of the morons in their Deferrment Dept. for a month now and after multiple times of holding for ONE HOUR, I finally got in touch with someone today.
