I asked to have a way to pay my loans online and the customer service rep said that they did not have a way to pay online. I then asked for an address so that I could send a money order and the rep said that he did not or could not give that information out. I got angry and he told me that I needed to stop yelling at him or he was going to end the call. I refused to let him terminate the call and he told me that I needed to stop raising my voice and I said all I want to do is work with them and get this off my chest and out of my hair.
