Marriott makes rooms available through Priceline at what one is led to believe are discount rates: until you get to the hotel and are slapped with outrageous parking and other fees. Then, they use the 'well, you signed the contract' defense. So, here's a little retail tip for both Priceline and Marriott: Treat your customers fairly and they stay loyal, but nobody that has been ripped off by your companies are coming back. People that want to use Priceline, etc. thinking they are getting a bargain, are not happy to find that Priceline and Marriott cooperate to rip consumers off at both ends. read full review »
